You may return eligible jewelry items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes, styles, or items of equal or greater value. If you exchange for a higher-priced item, you will be charged the price difference. If you exchange for a lower-priced item, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as returns and indicate your preferred replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective jewelry, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping. Please provide clear photographs of the damage or defect when contacting us to expedite the process.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct item immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any order discrepancies.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Inspection and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Returns that do not meet our return criteria may be refused or returned to you. We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns that meet our return criteria. However, items returned without authorization or not meeting return requirements may be subject to fees or refused.

Product Warranty

All Shinessshineax jewelry comes with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, accidents, or alterations performed by third parties. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service team.

To maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we recommend following proper care instructions.
